We use this information solely to answer your request, plan a site assessment and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a project follows, for the duration of our legal retention obligations. Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted after a reasonable period.
