Terms & Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to every quote issued by and every project carried out by ASL BOUW BV.
- 01Quotes
- Quotes are free of charge and without obligation. They are based on the information available at the site assessment and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- 02Scope of work
- The work to be carried out is described in the signed quote. Additional work requested during the project is agreed in writing before execution.
- 03Planning
- Start and completion dates are given in good faith. Weather, material delivery and unforeseen site conditions may affect the planning; we inform you as soon as possible.
- 04Payment
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. For larger projects an advance and interim invoices may apply, as set out in the quote.
- 05Warranty
- Our work is covered by the legal warranty obligations that apply to construction work in Belgium, and by the manufacturer warranties of the systems we install.
- 06Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out under the relevant quote, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
- 07Disputes
- These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of the company.
